26,000 SF Leased to Tri Counties Regional at the New Sunbelt Professional Centre
Tri-Counties Regional Center has agreed to lease about 26,000 square feet in the Sunbelt Professional Center at 2401 Gonzales Road in Oxnard. Tri-Counties Regional Center will operate out of the entire second floor 21,000 and occupy about 5,000 square feet of the first floor. This lease is the first to be signed in Sunbelt's two-building office complex at Gonzales Road and Rice Avenue, which is slated for completion in February. Tri-Counties Regional Center provides support to people with developmental disabilities. The agency is relocating and expanding from a smaller location a block down Gonzales Road. Michael Slater, Tom Dwyer and Jennifer Rice of CB Richard Ellis represented Tri-Counties Regional Center. The landlord, Sunbelt Enterprises, represented itself.
