Sunbelt Enterprises and its affiliate Westland Enterprises have approximately 300 tenants and over 2 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail buildings in Southern California (Oxnard, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Agoura Hills, Yorba Linda) and Nevada (Las Vegas).
All of our properties are managed in house so we don't lose sight of our most important asset, our tenants.
Some of our major tenants include Ralphs, CVS, 24 Hour Fitness, Chase Bank, Bank of America, Chili’s Grill, Taco Bell, Subway, Federal Express, Cal Amp, Astro Cosmos, KR Tools, Clamshell, State of California, Child Development Resources, Hilti, and Fastenal.
