The founder of Sunbelt Enterprises and its affiliate, Westland Enterprises, started acquiring property in Southern California in the early 1960s. Over the years we have developed and managed a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, industrial and office space in California and Nevada.
The founder of Sunbelt and Westland Enterprises is also the founder of The Kavli Foundation. The Kavli Foundation will eventually become the beneficiary of all of Sunbelt and Westland Enterprises assets.
Our philosophy, which has become the cornerstone for the company's operations, is expertise in building quality buildings and professionalism in property management. Our key focus is to provide our tenants the highest quality projects and service in the industry. That's why, year after year, 95% of our 300 tenants renew their leases.
Sunbelt and Westland Enterprises is headquartered in Oxnard California. With over 2 million square feet of commercial and industrial space throughout Southern California and Nevada, Sunbelt and Westland Enterprises, have established themselves as industry leaders in the development and management of commercial and industrial property. This real estate portfolio includes high and low rise office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and flex space.
